Charles Fox Homes at Ocean Isle Beach has worked with Milligan House Movers for the last 20+ years.
Milligan House Movers has been good to work with moving homes off the island. Some of the older beach homes don't have the biggest value to an owner, and Milligan has always demoed the ground floor enclosures, brought the steel beams in to move the home, dropped the home onto the steel beams, and then hauled the home off the island.
Milligan House Movers also relocates homes to different properties on the island and sets them back up for the owners. Milligan House Movers also handles all the permitting through local municipalities as well as handling all permitting with the Department of Transportation of North Carolina.
Milligan House Movers is a good house moving company to work with if a home needs to be relocated.
